It's hard to find a good roofing company, but if you're reading this, you've found them. Mike and his crew have helped with a number of repairs on my roof. Everything they've done has been priced fairly, explained well, and done in a timely manner. I trust Terzo Roofing to help me through each step of the process and be up front about the scope of work as well as the cost. I highly recommend them!

Outstanding customer service. Had a leak appear out of nowhere yesterday, called Terzo Roofing that evening, and they sent a tech to inspect the leak the very next morning. Very honest and professional service provided. They earned a lifetime customer!!!

Terzo Roofing was recommended to me by a friend and let me tell you they did NOT DISAPPOINT! Mike was incredibly professional as were all of his crew. We had our roof replaced and gutters installed within 2 days. I highly recommend using Terzo Roofing and can say that should/when we need assistance in this area in the future, Terzo is our go to place!

Mike, the owner, was at the house along with his team during the entire process. He treated like his own house with care by protecting the front, sides and backyard with tarps and cleaning around the house afterwards. Workmanship is world-class in terms of material quality and the speed...one day job! Note that they do start early around 7ish. What a difference it makes to have a right contractor! Thank you, Mike!

Mike and his team at Terzo Roofing were amazing. My daughter and son-in-law are moving from Louisiana to Katy. They found a house that they loved but were very concerned about the age and shape of the roof. They were under a very tight deadline in their option period and Mike made himself available to complete a very through roof inspection that saved them from purchasing the house that would have required significant dollars within a few years. Working with Mike Terzo was so pleasant and easy. He responded quickly when I asked him to come out and take a look at my roof, which was 25 years old. His quick response with a very reasonable quote was appreciated. The installation crew was great and the job finished and site cleaned up in one 8 hour day! My new roof looks great and I enjoyed working with Mike and his crew. Such a great experience!

Mike was great to work with. Loved how he worked with the insurance making it very easy for us. His workers were very respectful and left our yard as if they hadn’t even been there. The roof is excellent quality and it looks great. Hopefully we don’t ever need a new roof again but if we do Mike will be our roofer.

Mike Terzo was excellent to work with. He was there when the insurance inspector came to advocate for his own inspection results, he scheduled his crew in the timely manner, supervised the work, completed additional repair work that was missed in the original inspection, and completed all follow-up punch list items.

Mike Terzo and crew quickly identified and repaired worn out sealant and flashing that had shifted out of place on our home, which allowed driven rain to come in through a couple of windows and into our garage. Terzo Roofing provided an estimate with photographs of the issues and fair pricing to resolve. They scheduled the repairs sooner than I expected, exactly as quoted, and completed the work in a single day. Mike was communicative, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process.

I really love working with family owned and operated companies. Mike installed a roof for me recently, and we are very pleased with the outcome. They are very easy to work with and treat you like you are a priority in their business. His communication was great and he adjusted the install around my crazy schedule which made the whole process smooth and headache free. Bonus! He certainly was not the only roofing company I talked with but my confidence level in his ability, the products he proposed, as well as the rapport I had during our conversations had Terzo Roofing standing out above the other companies. I have recommended him to friends and will continue to do so.

Mike did an excellent job in replacing my roof! He handled the complexity of my detaching and resetting my solar panels too! He was on time, did quality work and the price was very reasonable. You get what you pay for! I’d recommend Mike and the Terzo Roofing team any time!

Mike and his team were fantastic! We had a shower that started leaking into our bedroom, we quickly realized we would need to redo the entire shower as it was installed incorrectly by the original builders. Mike and his crew were able to demo and rebuild our shower in only a few weeks. We were able to rebuild it the way we wanted and the team brought it to reality. Would not hesitate to reach out for anything else in the future.

Terzo Roofing Turned My Roof Nightmare into a Dream Come True! I've dealt with contractors before, so I was prepared for the usual headaches. But Terzo Roofing completely changed my perspective on home improvement projects! I woke up to what sounded like Clydesdale horses on my roof and had no idea what was happening until I realized it was the roofers. Every worker who stepped foot on my property was respectful, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely invested in doing quality work. I can't overstate how impressed I am with the results. My new roof looks absolutely stunning - better than I imagined! The clean lines, perfect shingle placement, and overall attention to detail will definitely have others asking who did the work. What really blew me away was their cleanup. Not only did they remove every nail, scrap of material, and bit of debris from the job itself, but they actually cleaned up other trash that had been on my property before they arrived! My yard looked cleaner than when they started - who does that these days? If you're on the fence about who to trust with your roofing project, I can personally vouch for Terzo Roofing. They've restored my faith in finding contractors who actually care about their customers and their reputation. My only regret is not finding them sooner for previous projects!

I had a leak in my roof and contacted Mike to help me. He was really thorough with finding the reason behind my leak and he also checked my roof overall. He gave me a truthful assessment of my roof and he mentioned I needed to only fix my leak issue as the rest of the roof looked good. At the day of the leak, he and his crew came out and gave me the game plan to fix the roof. His crew ended up taking the whole day to make sure there was no issues after the fixes. He checked on his crew and me throughout the day when they were repairing my roof. If I need to make roof repairs or need a new roof, I would choose Mike due to his professionalism in each step of the way.

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job replacing the roof on our church building. Not only was their price-point extremely competitive, but in what may be a first in the history of contracting, they actually finished the job earlier than promised and without sacrificing quality or cutting corners. There's no better feeling than to have a contractor that you can trust! I've had too many of them try and rip me off. And most of them were in and out kind of contractors. But when I called Terzo Roofing and first met Mike I was already sensing the trust! He's very professional, easy to talk to, and answer all my questions and concerns! He took the time to analyze my roof and even spotted several things that the other contractors did not see!
