Mike, the owner, was at the house along with his team during the entire process. He treated like his own house with care by protecting the front, sides and backyard with tarps and cleaning around the house afterwards. Mike and his team at Terzo Roofing were amazing. My daughter and son-in-law are moving from Louisiana to Katy. They found a house that they loved but were very concerned about the age and shape of the roof. They were under a very tight deadline in their option period and Mike made himself available to complete a very through roof inspection that saved them from purchasing the house that would have required significant dollars within a few years.

Working with Mike Terzo was so pleasant and easy. He responded quickly when I asked him to come out and take a look at my roof, which was 25 years old. His quick response with a very reasonable quote was appreciated. The installation crew was great and the job finished and site cleaned up in one 8 hour day! My new roof looks great and I enjoyed working with Mike and his crew.

Mike was great to work with. Loved how he worked with the insurance making it very easy for us. His workers were very respectful and left our yard as if they hadn't even been there. The roof is excellent quality and it looks great. Hopefully we don't ever need a new roof again but if we do Mike will be our roofer.

He was there when the insurance inspector came to advocate for his own inspection results, he scheduled his crew in the timely manner, supervised the work, completed additional repair work that was missed in the original inspection, and completed all follow-up punch list items.

Mike Terzo and crew quickly identified and repaired worn out sealant and flashing that had shifted out of place on our home, which allowed driven rain to come in through a couple of windows and into our garage. Terzo Roofing provided an estimate with photographs of the issues and fair pricing to resolve. They scheduled the repairs sooner than I expected, exactly as quoted, and completed the work in a single day. Mike was communicative, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process.

I really love working with family owned and operated companies. Mike installed a roof for me recently, and we are very pleased with the outcome. They are very easy to work with and treat you like you are a priority in their business. His communication was great and he adjusted the install around my crazy schedule which made the whole process smooth and headache free. Bonus!
