Severe Damage – No Financial Means
This came referred to us through a non-profit organization that we partner with in the Greater Houston Area. They had suffered severe damage from Hurricane Beryl and had no financial means to replace the roof and make repairs to the home.
Due to the age and existing condition, the insurance company had dropped her from the policy while going through chemo treatments.
Result: We quickly installed a brand-new Fortified Roof with 30-year shingles and full plywood decking replacement at zero cost to the homeowner. Additionally, she was able to attain homeowners' insurance again and even received a discount due to the Fortified Roof Certification.
Windstorm Damage – Hurricane Beryl
The homeowner reached out through word of mouth after suffering windstorm damages from Hurricane Beryl. A thorough inspection uncovered many missing/damaged shingles and multiple active leaks.
Additionally, the decking was only 3/8" plywood and badly needed to be replaced.
Result: We provided a quote the same day and within 2 days from initial contact we installed the new roof with full plywood decking replacement. Our client, who lives alone, said that she feels a lot better knowing that her roof won't leak when the next big storm comes along.
